Cancellation Policy

 

Along with our training content partners, we want you to succeed, and have put a fair bit of time, effort, and research into our collective training and content experiences so that you have the best opportunity to succeed!

Overwhelmingly, our customers are very satisfied with our training content offerings. However, If there is an instance of discrepancy presented, we ask every effort be made to apply the tactics, tools, and strategies we provide you before requesting a refund or cancellation. Accordingly, we kindly ask that a reasonable effort is put forth, and that you have attempted to use the training course content in its entirety. We will ask for demonstrable proof of course work submitted as per the course you're seeking a refund and/or cancellation for, and will work with you directly. After careful assessment and working closely with you to remedy the discrepancy, we may provide a credit for future training, a refund in whole or in part, and/or cancel your training without refund. As we use a third-party platform to process refunds, we are not in control of an expedited payment process, but will make every reasonable attempt to move things along as needed when required.

If it is determined that your training content offering is refunded, cancelled, or revovked, any licenses and privileges under these terms and conditions will be terminated immediately. We also request any content downloaded from the product you've received be destroyed or cease using. Applicable administration fees for our training and content experiences will not be refunded.
