Training Content Policy

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to online training courses ("Courses") offered by Sound Strategy Communications Ltd. and our partners ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or accessing any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

1. Purchase and Access

  • Access to the Courses is granted upon successful payment.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.

  • Course access is for your personal or internal business use only and may not be shared.

2. License to Use

  • While there is no general time limit for you to benefit from your investment of the content product purchase(s), we reserve the right to limit the term at anytime providing you with up to 90 days' notice to complete your content product(s). This clause is essential for a variety of important operational reasons, including updating out-dated content, providing newer innovative products, or content that becomes no longer available.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Course materials without prior written permission.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds, if offered, will follow our Cancellation or Refund Policy. Please review carefully.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Course content, including videos, text, graphics, and downloads, is owned by us or our licensors and creators.

  • Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the content.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Course Updates and Availability

  • We may update Course content at any time to improve accuracy or relevance.

  • As per clause #2, the course(s) you purchase is available for up to one year from the date of your purchase.

7. Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access, software, and hardware to participate in the Course.

  • We are not liable for any technical issues outside our control.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share Course access with others.

  • Use the content for commercial training without permission.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures.

9. Disclaimers

  • Course content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice or counsel.

  • You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Course content.

  • Courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance results.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Course.

11. Termination

  • We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of Course materials.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which we operate.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Continued use of the Courses after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Managing Personal Information

  • We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By purchasing or accessing a Course(s), you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your information as described in that policy.

  • We take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
